Carla Umpire has been in the medical field for more than 20 years. Before coming to Texas, she worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Medicare in New York. Carla, who is bilingual in both Spanish and English, mastered the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing the best quality of care.
When she needed a new challenge in her life, she moved to Dallas, TX.
She enjoyed the opportunity while exploring a different sector of patient care. During that time, she learned management of a group home as well as the process of creating a successful care facility. Her ultimate dream was to start her own business providing care to patients. When the opportunity arose in 2018, she wholeheartedly decided to open her own residential care facility.
